Abstract Submission

Guidelines for the Submission

  1. Deadline for the on-line only submission of Abstracts is strictly 1st September, 2023
  2. Abstracts are to be submitted through the internet website SASEM2023 or regular e-mail: abstract@sasem2023.sasem.org.sa, following strictly the specific guidelines.
  3. Confirmation of acceptance by the Scientific Committee will be sent by email on 10th September 2023.
  4. In order to avoid disruption of Session by “no-shows”, accepted Abstracts will only be integrated in the Final Program if the confirmation of receiving the acceptance have been received by 10 September, 2023!
  5. Length of the abstract text is limited to 250-350 word (double space- times new roman- font size 14).
  6. Text shall be structured:
  • Introduction
  • Materials & Methods
  • Results
  • One table and one picture only may be included.
  1. After acceptance, exchange of the Presenting Author will only be possible in case of approval of the written request by the scientific Committee by 10th September, 2023.
  2. The Presenting Author’s Name must be identical to what will be written in the Congress Registration Form.
  3. Mailing Address – Any communication regarding the acceptance will only be given to the Submitting Author at the address respectively at the e-mail address as registered.
  4. Each Presenting Author of an accepted abstract must submit a Disclosure Form showing commercial, financial or research relationships or interests.
